GMFREN is an independent community meme project. There is no collaboration, partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, licence or connection of any kind with any company, exchange, wallet provider, blockchain foundation, launchpad, media outlet or other trademark holder. Any impression to the contrary is unintended and expressly disclaimed.

2. Trademarks and naming

"GM" and "fren" are ordinary, widely used pieces of crypto and internet slang. They are used on this website descriptively, to describe a daily greeting ritual, and not to trade off the reputation of any third party.

Solana™ is a trademark of the Solana Foundation. All other product names, service names, logos and brands referenced anywhere on this website remain the property of their respective owners and are used purely nominatively — never as an indication of commercial origin for the token, and never to suggest affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship. If you are a rights holder and consider any element of this website problematic, contact us via the official X account and we will address it promptly and in good faith.

3. No offer, no solicitation, no advice

The content of this website is informational and satirical. It does not constitute an offer, solicitation, invitation, recommendation or inducement to buy, sell, subscribe for or otherwise deal in any token, security, financial instrument or other asset. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances, objectives or risk tolerance.

$GMFREN is intended purely as a collectible internet joke and a community membership badge. It confers no ownership, no equity, no share in profits or revenue, no dividend, no interest, no voting right, no claim against any person and no right to any product or service. It is not backed by any asset and no person guarantees its value or liquidity.

Discussion in our community channels about other tokens, projects or on-chain finds is conversation between friends for entertainment. It is never a recommendation, never organised promotion, and you must never treat it as research.

4. Jurisdictional restrictions

This website is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where the publication of this content, or the holding, acquisition, distribution or trading of tokens of this nature, is unlawful, restricted, or subject to registration, authorisation or licensing requirements that have not been obtained. No token has been registered, authorised, notified or approved with or by any regulator in any jurisdiction, and no crypto-asset white paper within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA) has been published or notified to any competent authority.

Accessing this website or acquiring $GMFREN may be prohibited or restricted for you. It is your sole responsibility to inform yourself about, and to comply with, the laws and regulations applicable to you, including any sanctions, tax and reporting obligations. Nothing on this website should be read as confirmation that any activity is lawful in your jurisdiction.

5. Forward-looking statements, fees and giveaways

Any statement about future events — including the roadmap, partnership building, giveaways and any use of creator fees such as buybacks — is a non-binding statement of current intention only. It is not a promise, guarantee, contract, forecast or representation of any future outcome, and it creates no obligation and no entitlement.

Such plans may be changed, delayed, reduced or abandoned entirely at any time and without notice. No threshold or milestone will necessarily ever be reached and any amounts involved may always be zero. Giveaways, where they occur at all, are discretionary gifts and not a right; any mentioned holding threshold is indicative, not a contractual criterion. No plan described here is a promise of profit, yield, price appreciation or price stability.

6. Risk warning

• Crypto-assets are highly volatile. The value of $GMFREN may fall to zero, rapidly and permanently, and there may be no market in which to sell it.
• Meme tokens frequently lose all of their value. Only spend an amount you are fully prepared to lose entirely.
• Transactions on the Solana blockchain are irreversible. Sending funds to a wrong address, signing a malicious transaction or losing your private keys means losing your funds, with no recovery and no complaints procedure.
• Liquidity, price and trading volume can be influenced or manipulated by third parties over whom this project has no control.
• The contributors are anonymous volunteers. There is no legal entity behind the project, no deposit protection, no investor compensation scheme and no supervisory authority protecting you here.
• Scammers impersonate meme projects. Only ever use the contract address published on this website and on the official X account. We never contact you first, never run airdrop or claim pages, and never ask for a seed phrase. Anyone who does is stealing from you.

7. No warranty, no liability

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Prices, statistics, addresses and links may be wrong, outdated or unavailable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the contributors to this project exclude all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with this website, its content, any third-party website or platform linked from it, or any acquisition, holding, disposal or loss of $GMFREN. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where such exclusion is unlawful, including for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence.

8. Artwork and meme kit

The mascot artwork and the images in the meme kit are provided by the project for free community use: repost, remix, print, meme. You may not use them to impersonate the project, to imply that you speak for it, to solicit funds, or in a way that is unlawful, misleading or defamatory. Do not add the artwork to any other token, sale or offering.

9. Third-party links

This website links to third-party services such as X, Telegram, block explorers, decentralised exchanges and chart providers. These are independent platforms with their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and accept no responsibility for their content, availability, security or conduct.

10. No relationship, no continuity

Use of this website creates no contractual, fiduciary, advisory or other relationship between you and any contributor to this project. There is no company behind it, no support desk and no obligation to maintain the website, the community channels or the token. Everything may cease to exist at any time.

11. Privacy

This website is a set of static files. It runs no analytics, uses no advertising and asks for no personal data. It sets no tracking cookies: the only cookies are two small functional ones that remember your theme choice and your personal GM counter in your own browser. Fonts are loaded from Fontshare and Google Fonts, and the site is served by a hosting provider; those providers may process technical connection data, such as your IP address, under their own terms.

12. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated at any time; the version published here is the one that applies. To the extent permitted by applicable law, these terms are governed by Swiss law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder continues to apply.
